      Datameer is looking for an exceptional, outbound focused Senior Marketing Programs Manager that thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves the challenges of creating and managing successful lead generation events and programs.  This person will be responsible for outbound marketing programs for Datameer's solutions including lead generation, events, and other responsibilities as required.

      Position Overview/Responsibilities:
      •           Work with internal marketing and domain experts to devise key messaging points for specific lead generation campaigns.
      •           Manage marketing prospect lists including internal salesforce.com database, internal marketing automation solution (Marketo) as well as identifying external source lists of key prospect groups
      •           Manage and execute on Datameer events including conferences and trade shows, seminars and co-marketing events with partners.
      •           Manage installed base customer interactions and email promotions
      •           Manage relationship with field on regional marketing activities including EMEA
      •           Complete duties and responsibilities as assigned
       
      Experience/Requirements:
      •           Candidates should have at least 3-5 years industry experience and a minimum of 2 years managing outbound marketing programs.  Must have marketing programs management experience, with at least 2+ years experience managing tradeshows and events.
      •           Significant experience and domain expertise in enterprise software, experience in data integration, business intelligence and/or database markets and applications a plus.
      •           Must have prior experience with Marketo and Salesforce
      •           Track record of identifying and addressing market and industry trends from a marketing programs standpoint
      •           Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and prospects via lead generation programs and manage lead generation programs and budgets via metrics.  
      •           Proven ability to work closely with product marketing, product management and sales to obtain relevant content for communications and lead generation campaigns.
      •           Strong leadership skills across internal and external interactions.
      •           Self starter, entrepreneurial in nature, fearless as to any marketing challenge.
      •           Bachelor's degree or higher with an MBA a plus
