We had this happen to us. Did the person running the Webinar try to upload documents beforehand? If they did, and then "ended" the meeting, WebEx considered that the end of the meeting.
I can walk you thru how to fix it if you need.
The presentation was uploaded. I believe i know how to fix the status' from registered to attended instead of No show, however we would like to avoid having to do this in the future. ( we like the automation. :))
If it was pre-uploaded and the person "ended" the meeting instead of just closing it, that's why the statuses were changed.
