Would you be interested in a Marketo integration that allows you to send out handwritten letters?

I am posting this on behalf of a potential Marketo LaunchPoint partner.

MailLift is a company that programmatically lets you send handwritten letters at scale. They are evaluating a potential integration with Marketo. This integration would you allow to trigger a handwritten letter to be sent to any lead in Marketo. For example, after a user attends a webinar, you could send them a handwritten letter thanking them for attending.

Would you be interested in this integration? How would you use it?

This would be cool - we were just talking about doing this for our target accounts and trying to figure out how we do this in an automated-scalable way. Would love to hear more!

Adam, are you saying Salesforce can do this or you have the integrated SFDC with the platform?

This sounds like a cool integration. It would be great to send off welcome and thank you messages from our account executives and business development reps.

This is so easy to do with salesforce right now that it isn't limiting to me that it isn't available in Marketo. It's very easy to do even just off of their website.

Charlie - Thanks for the response. Assume you would be able to use any Marketo token (i.e. first name, last name, and also custom attributes you define) in the handwritten letter. So it would be fully customized for each lead based on their attributes.

We would need to test it out, but there is potential for a tool like this to boost conversions. It would be used in situations where we need to emphasize the sales voice. For it to work, we'd need to be able to use field merges for things like first name, otherwise it won't scale.
