Why can't I see the "fields" folder under Field Management?

I am trying to see our current field mapping and have looked under Admin->Field Management-> Field Mapping. The only folder that is available for me to see is our "Unmapped Custom Fields." I confirmed with our agency that there should be another folder, "Fields" (they are able to see it).

I am an Admin in Marketo. Why can't I see our "Fields" folder?

Hey Whitney,

You are correct, you should be able to see it. You should see three tabs, pictured below:



I would double check the Role permissions for Admin just to be sure the Field Management checkbox is checked, but you may want to contact support about this one.
