Why am I getting error "No leads found for export" when attempting to export leads from a campaign.

I am getting "No leads found for export" error when trying to export leads from a campaing. The campaign has 40,945 campaign members. Prior to this I export 3 different lead list. Could I have hit some type of export limit in Marketo? Is there an export limit?

I believe that is possible depending on how you have things set up for your instance. We don't have that issue, but you could ask your dedicated sales rep.

Are you exporting from the Members tab or did you create a smart list?

Yes I am exporting from the Members tab. Within the Launch tab I click on the Members count link and it opens up all the members. I tried again today and still same error. I will check with our rep. Thanks.

Hey Mario,

When you export from campaign members, there as select box for which list you want to export.  It defaults to 'Qualified Leads'.  You'll want to switch to 'Campaign Members' when exporting.

That's funny, I've never noticed the Qualified Leads tab. I actually get defaulted to the Campaign Members tab and when I click the Qualified Leads tab it does say no leads found.  I was getting the error when clicking on the little excel box and then selcting export = error.  When I tried downloading thiis morning it worked. So maybe my rep fixed it, or either Marketo or me had a brain fart.  Thanks for the input.
