I recently conducted a whole email test, where the winner criteria was number of clicks. But after the test, i found out that, both the emails had same number of clicks.
Marketo declared Variant B as the winner. If the clicks was same, what will Marketo consider next to find a winner?
Did both emails have the same count of sends?
The winner is usually determined by % and not count - if the winner was sent to fewer people, it would have had a higher CTR.
