What should be simple, doesn't seem to be so. I have a drip campaign running for about 8 sales reps. In this campaign, I change the program status based on the lead's engagement (Nurture: opens email; Nurture: engaged (clicks link). I want to create a report that shows by sales rep how many total leads, how many are in the "open email" stage, and how many are in the "clicked link" stage.
I can't seem to figure out how to gather this info on one report. I have the individual lists for each rep, and I have individual emails for each rep. Thoughts? Suggestions?
You should be able to make this with a Lead Performance Report, grouped by Lead Owner, and then custom columns for each of the statuses you want to track: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KypWCAS
