If we learn a person is no longer at the company, we must preserve their history at their previous location.
- If we do not know where they moved
- Mark person record inactive
- Leave email address in tact along with all other data
- If we know where they have moved
- Mark person record inactive
- Create a new person at the new company
- Bring across any personal related information (mobile #, birthdate, and notes/description)
