Where are the default values for META Robots set

It seems that any new landing page has the default values of index, nofollow populated in the Meta Robots field.  IS there a way to override this or mass update this?

We want all of our LPs to be noindex and would rather not have to otuch each and every one.

Hi Tim-
The "default" values of the meta tags are not currently exposed in any interface or admin section right now but I'd recommend that you submit an idea as we had the same issue and think that it should become a promoted idea if possible.
