What happens when you're over the communication limit?

Note regarding Sales Insights emails: if the email includes the unsubscribe footer Marketo will respect communication limits.

Thanks for posting the information about the Unsubscribe Footers in Marketo Sales Insight. I am unclear as the where it says that the communication limits are respected or ignored.
