Hi, I just started working with a new instance and am reviewing all the Marketo fields as we're trying to sync too many to SFDC and it's causing timeout errors. What does it mean if an SFDC Custom Field doesn't have a value in the CRM Field map? Is this a field no longer passing data between Marketo-SFDC? Thanks in advance for the help.

The field in the screenshot seems to be a custom field on Account object.
Normally it means the data is not pushed back to salesforce.
You can check all fields which are not pushing any data to salesforce, by going to "Field Mapping" tab under "Field Management" section.

A quick spot check also confirmed that these fields are not visible in SFDC to the Marketo sync user. I think that makes them safe for me to hide the ones not in use/no longer needed. Thanks again for the help!
