I hosted a webinar today and noticed a few members that were displaying a "no show" status but they did attend the webinar and they are showing that they attended via the GoToWebinar reports.
Has anyone had this happen and if so why the discrepancy?
We have the same discrepancy with our report as well. Check and see if those individuals only dialed in via telephone and didn't actually click the viewing link.
That's the only connection I was able to find and when I remove those people, the reports match up.
