webhook - cookie in request

I have a service which reads cookie information from request and stores the information in database.

I want to call this service as a webhook and want to pass some lead info as cookie to the service. Is there any way to pass cookie in webhook?

This was fixed in the Dec 2013 release which is live now.  Please try and let me know if it does not work

Can you please let me know when would the token support be releases? 
I am designing a webhook and it has dependency on  tiokens in cookie.

It looks like we can not pass tokens ( lead information) in cookie ( in custom headers). Please correct if I am wrong.
