Webhook + connect timed out!

Hi All,

I am trying to use webhook and send request to my server. I am able to send http request from my browser app to server and it works well. But when I try to send request via Marketo Webhooks I recieve following error.
 

Error Type:	Operation timeout.
Error String:	connect() timed out!

I don't think there is problem with my server side as it is accessible through browser APP and works well.

URL I am trying to connect has format http://tl********.tl***.com:1080

If I remove port it can send a request from Marketo but I want to send it to sepcific port. How can I do that.
Can anyone please suggest what might be the possible causes for this error?
