Hey guys,
I have a bit of a problem I'm trying to resolve and came up on interesting questions: say I have a lead scoring campaign set up with wait steps. Now, if I was to change the score type that was being changed between those steps, what would happen? Would the current members "waiting" between steps in the campaign go through the updated changes?
For example, let's say I set up a campaign that's:
1) +10 activity score
2) wait 12 days
3) -5 activity score
And change it to
1) +10 behavioral score
2) wait 12 days
3) -5 behavioral score
Would the members currently waiting the 12 days continue through the revised flow?
