Using RCE, how do I chart the number of open leads per rep over time?

I'm looking to plot the number of open leads per rep, by day, over the last two weeks.  I can get the axis metrics I want but using a measure of "Running Sum of Number of Leads" just shows an increasing trend line and not a total number of open leads per rep.

Any suggestions?

I've gotten that part but am trying to chart the total number of open leads (by rep) over time.

same question... i don't want to know how many are created on a day... how may are open for that day... What we want to track is whether the total open leads is going up or down (or steady)
