We recently uploaded a list to our Dynamics CRM instance and had our Sync to Marketo fields marked "yes" on all the contact records. However, the uploaded records have not synced over to Marketo. We've contacted support and had them initiate a resync and that didn't work either. Any thoughts of what might be happening, or if we need to change something? All other records are syncing just fine - only happens with this particular list.
Not sure what the issue could be without seeing the list, but I highly recommend that you don't batch upload any lists to CRM as this will often lead to issues on the Marketo side (primarily duplicate records). Batch upload also allows you to upload records that don't have required fields populated. Did you upload these to LEADS or CONTACTS?
Thanks Dan - it was uploaded to CONTACTS. We populated most of the fields.
