Updating Unsubscribe Snippet but Marketo adding a random unsubscribe link at the bottom

Hiya!

I've updated my unsubscribe snippet to include an unsubscribe to all emails and an update your preferences link; however, when I send sample emails using my new unsubscribe snippet, Marketo adds an extra random "Update your email preferences" at the bottom left of my footer.  Any idea how to remove this?  It's not showing up in my HTML at all so I have no idea how to remove it.

you need to edit the unsubscribe not in the email but in the unsubscribe area. Details to update the Unsubscribe HTML message at link below

Marketo automatically adds this unsubscribe line because it doesn't recognize that you are giving the recipient a way to unsubscribe. You will need to make sure the Snippet has a link to the default unsubscribe page for your instance. Ex: https://go.xyz.com/UnsubscribePage
