SFDC / Marketo related question?
If a customer unsubscribes to all emails from us – i.e. they click the link at the bottom of an email and then tick the box unsubscribe all ( in our subscription managment center) – how would they subsequently amend it, if they change their mind.
We’ve found that we cannot override the SFDC flag “email opt out” because if we do, Marketo just overrides it and puts it back.
So does the customer have to go to the preference centre and change it on there and then that updates SFDC again?
