Anyone know why my unsubscribe option might have stopped working? It is taking users to our company home page and not unsubscribing them from emails. As far as we know, we didn't change any thing in our marketo instance that would have affected this.

Sounds to me like you may have had something happen to your default unsubscribe page (or whatever you have your unsubscribe links pointing to). Hard to say without looking at it directly, but if your links are redirecting to your company homepage, that usually happens when it's set up as a fallback page. Check your Unsubscribe page and make sure it is accessible, approved and still active. May want to open a case with Support if you can't find any obvious problems--unsubscribe pages are pretty important for staying compliant with Anti-Spam laws
