Unable to uncache smart lists

I am having a lot of trouble uncaching smart lists. I have tried and tried to refresh, and they remain cached. The only solution I have come up with is to clone the smart list, and delete the old one, which is time consuming and inefficient. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Hi Erik,
I have tried to refresh more times than I can count. It continues to remain a cached list. Is there some setting or other issue that could be causing this?
