Unable to subscribe to Name/Account/Type/Description under Lead Feed in MS CRM 2013

I've been trying to get this to work, but when I access "My Best Bets" and then click "Subscribe" under one of the names in my Lead Feed, choose Name/Account/Type/Desc, put in my email and click Subscribe, nothing happens. The "Subscribe" button depresses when I click it, however nothing happens after that.

Has anyone got this working with MS CRM 2013? This kb article, https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L8IL, says it works, but I'm not seeing it happen.

I would suggest giving support a call and they can help troubleshoot.
