Unable to edit a template module, even though template code allows it to be editable

I'm trying to edit my footer module, the template im using the module is setup to be editable, however in the email build I cannot access the module to edit it.

Hi Tyro,

You still need to define editable areas (elements) inside the module. Defining a module with class="mktoModule" only sets it up to be able to drag & drop/reorder/remove the whole section. To add a rich text editable area, for example, you'd need to have a class="mktoText" set. See the Email Syntax Docs page for more details.
