Can you un-assign a Lead? As in strip the Lead of it's assignment from a Rep or a Queue?

Sure, but someone needs to own the lead in SFDC. You could create a "System" queue for unassigned leads.

Hey Charlie,

I would be looking to rerun them through the auto-assignment rules. Woudl this be possible?
