Trying to Update List Blocked Updates

Hello!

I'm trying to upload a list into Marketo and update the First Name, Last Name, and Company fields, but it won't let me import anything but the email address.  First Name, Last Name, and Company name are not blocked fields in our Marketo instance - is this something on the Salesforce side?

I figured it out - I was importing under the wrong setting (I should have been using "Optimize for new leads".

Hi Jenn,

Can you maybe attach a screenshot of the 1st row of you excel file? The row with the column headers/field names.

What happens when you go through the import process.
