I am trying to edit a draft of an email after I create it as usual and I am getting a purple screen. This is not normal. The browser window just turns purple for me. Could it be Java is not starting? I have tried this on 3 different browsers.

What kind of purple screen you saw?
Sometimes we meet these, but these are resolved after few minutes almost.
Hi Takehiro, those are not the screens I am seeing. It is a blank purple screen. Image attached.
I am still having issues with this. I think that Marketo should look into this issue. I cannot access this link: wss://lon-mknodepub.marketo.com/mkto/io/333/?EIO=3&transport=websocket
This has been resolved for me and I am back to editing emails.
