Thank you for sharing this! It's incredibly helpful. I'm curious about what you share with your team to report out on program and campaign performance. I'm currently working on putting together resources for Marketo users that help them document performance w/even the anecdotal knowledge of 'why the campaign performed well.' For example, they can use RCE or SFDC for reporting on campaign performance but lets say they find a couple lean mean campaigns that were low cost but had a large impact - how do they share the 'why' with the team? Perhaps this subset of accounts responded well to a certain message or the message resonated with certain buyer roles.
Do you have any tips for how you've historically shared why campaigns are performing well along with the data?
