We have recently installed Marketo plugin for Outlook and all the tracking works and we are able to see eg. sales email send, link clicks, open in Marketo activity log when we send emails from Outlook.
However, when we were using Word Mailings function, we can only see Sales email send in Marketo activity log but not clicks/ open. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it even possible to view the engagement of Word emails in Marketo?
