Tracking Thank You Email after Form Fill Out

I'm setting up a program for a form fill-out on our website. I want to send an email one day after they have filled out the form to thank them for downloading the content. I have added this to the flow steps - if form fill-out, wait 1 day, send thank you email.

However, I want to track what then happens to that email. Who opens it? Who clicks it? Etc.  But I can't set up further smart campaigns in the same program because the "change program status" steps are related to Web Content, not Email Blast.

How can I track the results of this Thank You Email? Do I need to set up an entirely different program?

Hi Nicole,

You can still use a smart campaign within that program to track email statistics. The smart campaign will still have the "Emails" tab where you can see the overall statistics.

If you go into the "Results" tab, you can filter to only show email related history and get data that way as well.

You can also add smart lists to the program that culminate the names of those who were sent the email as well as those who opened it or clicked any links within the email.
