Tracking Marketo emails in Outlook in bulk

Hi all,

I was under the impression that it was possible for sales to send emails through Outlook, and then track them via Marketo in bulk (rather than having to do the Send and Track on each individual email). I thought that you could go into your sent emails, select a number of emails and 'Log with Marketo'. I am convinced we used to have that functionality. It no longer works for us, I've logged the issue with support, but they're telling me this was never a functionality. My sales team tell me they used to be able to do this. Who do I believe?

Anyone else have any insight on this?

Hi James,

Send and Track works only on an individual email and not on mass send. Unless of course you are using the Salesforce/MSD CRM to send Marketo Emails via MSI. That has a bulk send option.
