syncMultipleLeads yields dupes

Hi again.

I'm using syncMultipleLeads to both create and update leads in our Marketo system and currently, the API is creating doubles of the same lead. I've checked the values we're passing and confirmed that this isn't happening on our end. Any advice as to where to look first would be appreciated, as we've attempted to debug the issue on our end but have been unable to identify where the weak link is 😕

You could log a support ticket.  I'd start by checking the dedup criteria set for your subscription.  For the vast majority of our customers it is the email address, but we have a few who use email address + other attributes to dedup.  For instance, if you are deduping by email address and business unit, you may have two users with same email address (jdoe@gmail.com) but different business units
