syncLead Error SOAP API Java

Hi All
We are using Java syncLead to push lead to Marketo (from our sql server).
I start to notice that every arround 5 leads, there will be one error 20106 (as shown in the image).
It doesnt provide any more information, it just says failed.
Does anyone know what may cause it?
