Briefly, would anyone be able to explain the diference between stream, nuture and drip campaigns?

 A stream is in a nurture or drip campaign. A nurture campaign is where you are working with leads to get them sales ready and a drip campaign is where you are working with potential prospects to keep them warm or hot.
