Hi everyone,
So I am looking to create an engagement program with streams, represented as weeks of a lifecycle, and wondered if you call could provide some insight as to the best method of transitioning leads through the streams. Here is the idea:
Stream 1 - 3 emails (M-W-F)
>> when content is exhausted move to
>> Stream 2 - 2 emails (TUE-TH)
>> when content is exhausted move to
>> Stream 3 (WED) - 1 email
>> when content is exhausted move to
>> Stream 4 (THUR) - 1 email
Currently I have a transition rule on Stream 2:
If Email 3 in Stream 1 is delivered >> Change Engagement Program Stream to Stream 2 and so on.
In our industry if our sales team have not converted a lead within 4 weeks it becomes less likely that they will buy from us at that time. So we'd like to have an aggressive initial nurture over these weeks and then, if they have not converted, we will move them to another program.
Please let me know if you all have any suggestions.
HI Alan,
Forget about transition rules. Use smart campaigns instead.
Use "member of engagement program" filter, with "Stream" and "content is exhausted" constraints. It will give you all you need.
schedule your smart campaigns every day. You do not need triggers here.
