I'm currently developing some self-service flow steps. While the overall installation and usage process works smoothly, I’ve been wondering if anyone has successfully gotten the /brandIcon and /serviceIcon endpoints to work—or more precisely, if anyone has seen Marketo actually request these icons.
My Swagger definition includes the endpoints exactly as specified in the SSFS Interface CFA Swagger. The endpoints are live and return the expected images without issue. I’ve tested various image formats—from PNG and GIF to SVG (as shown in Adobe’s "Look Up" example).
However, Marketo doesn’t display any icons, and according to my application logs, the endpoints are never even called.
Has anyone managed to get the icons to display in Marketo?
