SOAP API connection times out from AWS

Hi,

We're running into a problem where connection requests to the SOAP API endpoint timeout if we make them from AWS, but work if they come from outside AWS (Amazon Web Services).  Is there some restriction to using the Marketo SOAP API from a AWS servers?

Heh, good find.

Baga.  I found it.  I finally discovered that all our outbound AWS traffic was being routed through a NAT box which didn't allow port 443.

Not by design, no.

Can you ping our SOAP endpoint from AWS? Or try a really simple call like getLead?
