Smart List vs. Campaign Members

Hi,

I have created smart lists within Marketo and the leads are appearing when I am looking at them in the lead database. I have created an outbound campaign and included the "members of smart list" within the Smart List tab of the Smart Campaign but when I go to schedule the Smart List Status says is set to affect 0 leads. Is there a reason why the leads aren't being pulled from the Smart List into the Smart Campaign?

Thanks,
Carleigh

Re: Smart List vs. Campaign Members

There could be a variety of factors that could be causing this, such as:

- They have opted out, are marketing suspended, or have an invalid email
- There could be other smart list filters or triggers you are using that cause this
- You could have your smart campaign set to only allow for leads to be run through the flow once
- etc.

If you take a screenshot that could help in understanding what is going on with your smart campaign.

The reason could be the refresh (of schedule tab) also, sometimes you should check the Member tab of the main program if leads are showing there and not in the schedule tab so, the only reason to do is to refresh the tab after setting up the smart list carefully with exact list you have added then the schedule tab will display the number of the leads.

Could you please share a screenshot of the smart list and smart campaign?
