Sharing content between Sitecore and Marketo

We use Sitecore for our website, and would like to use content from Sitecore on Marketo.
Has anyone done such a process?

That's a direction we're headed to ourselves, so I'm subscribing to learn more. We currently have web API set up to Wordpress site that works very well. I'd imagine it's a similar process unless there is a native integration built between Mkto and Sitecorp?
