Share/ Duplicate leads In Partitions

Hi,

We have more number of workspaces in our marketo. We need to share some particular leads between two workspaces. We need to use those leads in campaigns. Any suggestion?

Leads belong to partition and can be in one partition only. But a partition can be made accessible from multiple workspaces.

So the solution is to have a partition that is accessible from the 2 workspaces and move these specific leads to this partition, using the "change lead partition" flow step (Change Lead Partition - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

There is also a concept of purposeful duplicates in Marketo, so you may create duplicate leads for each partition if that is what you would work for you.

  May I know how to duplicate contacts? Is there any documentation?

I know this is 2 years to late, but for others who read this, you can create duplicates via your CRM (preferably SFDC). It would be ideal to have a filed to identify those that are duplicates. When they sync to Marketo, you can identify them by this field, then move those duplicates to your other workspace.
