SFDC Release 14 - Sync Warnings for Field Type Changes

We're curious if anyone else received Salesforce Sync Warnings for changes in SFDC Field types after the release of Winter 14 over the weekend.

Hi Justin, 

I see that your post was related to previous release but I received this message now, nearly two weeks after the Spring 14 release and wondering if the message is related to SFDC release or else. 

Could you please share your experience?
