Setting up a list to import

What do I lable the headers in my CSV file?
Is there a list somewhere I can download?

if you are an admin, you can go to admin > field management > export field names

[Kimi_Heskett1]

If you go to your lead database and create any list and then hit export, choose all fields and then you'll have a .csv file with all the column headers.
