I've been trying to send myself a sample email, but it won't go through. I've tried using Chrome and Firefox and emailed my outlook work email and my personal gmail account. Not sure why it's not working. It's never given me a problem before. I got other triggered alert emails from Marketo earlier today too. Thoughts on what it could be?

I've had this happen from time to time in Marketo. It usually resolves itself in a day, but definitely log a ticket.
My money would be on a bad token, that can cause a silent soft bounce when sending a sample. If you send it to yourself through a single flow action, you should be able to see if this is occurring in the activity log.
