We are setting up a campaign to alert our reps when a Salesforce Account is up for renewal. The issue we're running into is that if an Account has multiple Contacts/Leads, the reps are receiving the alert for each Contact/Lead. Is there a way to adjust the logic so that only one alert gets sent per Account?
Unfortunately, no, there isn't an easy way to do this. We have a field where we mark the key contact, billing contact, etc at all of our accounts, so we can set up an alert based on this field. Not sure if you have something similar?
