Has anyone sourced a great SEM Agency that can help me get our Google AdWords up and running? Would preferrably like an agency that has Marketo experience.

Hi,

We are also looking at an US-based company to handle SEM strategy. SEO would be done separately.
We are primarily interested in effective spend of advertising budget, but Marketo expertise is an added bonus.
Our covered areas would primarily be NORAM, UK, France and Germany with ads in French, German, etc.
