Search All Templates for "Alphanumeric String"?

Is there any way to search the entire Marketo instance for an alphanumeric string? For example, the name of an ex-employee is used in many from/body fields in our Marketo templates. I need to work on removing the occurrence of this persons name. Is there any way to quickly find all of the templates where this occurs? Or do I have to open every single template manually, one at a time?

I am pretty sure this cannot be done, unfortunately

You should consider using tokens, including folder tokens that can be set at first level tokens and will apply to all emails nested in programs in this folder or any child folder. It will not solve your immediate issue but will prevent it next time.
