Is there a way that I can reset old scoring and start from "0" again?

Just run a smart campaign and have a flow step "change score " and "=0" in the new value.

You can run your leads through a smart campaign that changes the score to zero like this:
If you have a large database, I would recommend running the campaign overnight or over the weekend so the processing of this campaign doesn't interfere with the day to day activity in your instance.
I have done that but seems like the scoring still hasn't reset? ::(
