I keep seeing on Salesforce, on the Sales Insight tab, under best bets, many leads tagged as "hot" -> urgency "high" even when the last activity was 4 or 3 months ago. It seems to be working fine for some other accounts, for other sales executives that have accounts with more activity, but still there's a bunch of accounts that don't seem to have urgency decay. I manually checked them and they dont have activity.
We recently run the campaign "decrease score by 10 for inactive leads" but I dont think this kind of campaign should trigger urgency. Am I doing something wrong or misssing something? Is there a way to reset urgency?
My relative scores and flames are set up as dynamic. Do you know if this may be the reason?
We use Marketo ABM and are noticing this as well. I posted our findings here: Misleading flames/stars for top people (where the most recent activity was from 2015!).
