Hello,
We have just switched over our Marketo account from using an agency to manage our Marketo to managing our Marketo in-house at my company. We had to change the SFDC profile set up from the agency to my company and followed all of the steps in the set up process. The last step of changing the credentials under our administration tab>integration>SFDC is where we seem to be having issues. We have updated the Username, Password, and Token to reflect our new account, but after we click save, the password changes and now we have failed syncs. Why is Marketo not accepting this updated password?
This is the Salesforce sync error we are receiving:
Salesforce sync errors: soqlBatchQuery failed - INVALID_FIELD: CreatedDate, Description, Id, IsAllDayEvent, IsDeleted, OwnerId ^ ERROR at Row:1:Column:70 No such column 'IsAllDayEvent' on entity 'Event'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.
We appreciate any help with this issue.
Thank you!
Take a look at this Salesforce Knowledge Article for help with what the error is and how to resolve.
Thank you! We were able to resolve this issue thanks to the article you shared.
Hi Marielle,
This is not a failed password, this is an insufficient right given to the new profile on the "IsAllDayEvent" standard activity field in SFDC.
