One of our Sales Reps has not been receiving Sales Insight Invitations. She has checked her spam folders after failing to find the invite in her inbox. If anyone has experienced this and knows a work-around that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Log a support case. I've had this happen with a user or two. Sometimes you'll need help from your IT department.
Ok that's what I was afraid of. Our Marketo admin is OOO and I cannot submit a case for a bit.
Darn! Always a pain to have those restrictions. I've had users email support@marketo.com if they were in a pinch.
