I've seen numerous discussions on Sales Insights and the need for improvement, but cannot seem to find an answer to setting up working campaigns to track sends, opens, clicks, etc. Being newer to using Sales Insights, I have a lot to learn. Currently I have campaigns set up like:
When I tested it, these campaigns did not fire. A few questions:

Sorry if I've misunderstood but is it reports for these emails you're after? In which case you'd be best setting up a smart list rather than a smart campaign which it looks like you've created above. Thanks, Ellie

I'm not sure it matters if I set it up as a trigger campaign or smart list. I just tried a smart list on sent and opened and the lead I tested with this morning still isn't showing even though I know she was sent them email, opened the email, and clicked the email...
